Over the years I've made thousands of wall crosses. I've also been commissioned to create signage, awnings, sculptures and wall art for architectural firms. For homes, I enjoy making tables and mirrors, too. Just like my wall crosses and steel cross jewelry, when creating the frames of the wall art mirrors I first polish and texture the surface using power tools and then color them only with the heat of a blowtorch. My steel mirrors are a unique conversation piece for homeowners.

My line of wall art mirrors has also gained the attention of home builders and is becoming more popular with interior designers. As more people include colorful, contemporary design in their home décor, these steel mirrors are a useful accent. I'm able to match or blend into decorative color schemes by controlling the temperature of the steel mirrors as I heat them with the flame of the blowtorch. Basically, I'm painting with fire instead of liquids and in general, the hotter the steel gets, the darker the color becomes. The palette of silver, amber, blue and purple is a good range of colors to use on wall art mirrors make a bold statement in the bedroom, bathroom or anywhere in the home or office.
