How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship the item the same day if we have it in stock. We ship USPS from Canton, TX and the shipping time frame varies on your location.

What if the item is out of stock?

If we do not have the items in stock, we will contact you to let you know the approximate delivery time. Generally David will make it that day or the following day. 

Will the crosses rust?

After David finishes ‘painting’ the crosses with a blow torch, we seal each cross with a clear powder coat.  This provides very strong protection against rust and likely your cross is never rust. If it does, we will happily replace it.

Are the crosses and pendant heavy since they are made out of steel?

While the crosses are made out of steel, they are not heavy at all.  Most of the crosses weight 1/4 lb to 1 lb so any standard hanger will work. The pendants are very light weight and will easily go on any chain or leather cord.

Will my cross look exactly like the photo?

David makes each piece by hand so there will be slight variation in coloring but they are as close as possible to the photo.

How do I hang my cross?

There is a strong hanger on the back of all the crosses to make for easy hanging.
