    FAQ

    Each cross is handmade so there will be slight variation in coloring but they are as close as possible to the photo.

    There is a strong hanger on the back of all the crosses except the 5" crosses which have a hole in the top for hanging.

    Yes.  We value quality customer service and will correct any problems that we can.

    If we receive you order by noon and have your item in stock, it ships the same day,  We ship via USPS so delivery times will vary.

    We are generally able to fill all the back orders within 1 week.  We will notify you via email or phone to let you know the status of your order.  Of course you can always call us at 214-546-3655 to check in on your order.

    After David finishes 'painting' the crosses with a blow torch, we seal each cross with a clear powder coat.  This provides very strong protection against rust and likely your cross is never rust.  If it does, we will happily replace it.

    While the crosses are made out of steel, they are not heavy at all.  Most of the crosses weight 1/4 lb to 1 lb so any standard hanger will work.
